St. James Arlington Heights Catholic Wedding and Boho Rob Roy Golf Course Reception | Cecelia and Stephen

Almost a year in the making and with much planning, Cece and Steve’s wedding day finally arrived! I have known Cece and Steve since they were young and it is crazy how fast life moves! It seemed like just yesterday we were all kids and now everyone is grown up and married. What a joy it is to witness such special life events! When Cece arrived at the church, she prioritized spending time with her parents and grandfather before anything else took place. She shared the most precious and emotional first looks with all 3 of them which were so touching and radiated a deep love.

Their wedding mass was held at the gorgeous St. James Catholic Church in Arlington Heights where the bride and groom are parishioners. Cece was the most radiant bride on her father’s arm and Steve had the biggest smile on his face as she walked toward the altar to him. Father Johnson celebrated their beautiful nuptial mass and had an incredible homily full of wisdom for the couple and all of the married couples in attendance.

We could not have asked for a more perfect day for mid-May! We took portraits on the gorgeous grounds of Rob Roy Golf Course which paired beautifully with the color palette that Cece and Steve choose. Their boho bridal party theme of tan suits for the men and spice and terracotta dresses for the bridesmaid was straight out of a bridal magazine! So unique and so fun!
