What a gorgeous afternoon we had for Kylen and Jordan’s Newfield’s engagement photos a few weeks back! Kylen and Jordan are currently long-distance so it was a treat to be able to spend some time with them during their quick visit to Indianapolis. I know how rare and special that time is together as an ex-long distance fiance myself.
Kylen and Jordan’s love story began at a party, where they were set up by a mutual friend. After exchanging numbers and a few dates later, the rest was history! I went to school with Kylen so when she reached out about photography, I was so honored and thrilled that she was interested in working together for their wedding day! Anyone who knows Kylen loves her, she is such a joyful and bubbly soul, a true friend to everyone. She is such a catch and I couldn’t wait to see what lucky guy scooped her up. It was my first time meeting Jordan at their engagement session, but I could instantly tell that he was perfect for Kylen. Their personalities complement each other wonderfully and I love how easy-going and joyful they both are! More than anything, they are best friends and you can tell how much they enjoy each other’s company.
They chose to have their engagement session at Newfields which is lovely no matter what time of the year. Between the stunning gardens and arches, it’s picturesque at every turn. Getting to capture the sweet love between these two was so easy and fun, and left me even more excited for their upcoming Michigan wedding next spring.
